• ✅Use a private account registered in your own name — no shared accounts.
• ✅Always provide the correct link / ID / username when ordering.
• ✅Refunds are not available for orders placed with wrong information.
• ✅Standard delivery is 1–6 hours; peak times may take up to 24 hours.
• ✅After ordering, wait 10 minutes and then check status on the Orders page.
• ✅Support hours: 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM (Bangladesh Time).
• ✅For any issue, message us on WhatsApp for the fastest response.
• ✅Account credentials are required (stored securely with encryption).
• ✅Do not change the password after we sign in.
